Slow Yoga Flow

7:00-8:00PM, Age 18+

This is a flow class which means we will flow from one posture into the other. The class will focus on slowing down, connecting with your breath, stretching and bringing movement into your body. You will leave feeling calm, grounded and centred. Class is suitable for beginners and all levels of yoguis. Multiple options will be provided to suit your needs.
